The release of Tim Bergling's posthumous 'Tim' album is undoubtedly bittersweet in the extreme. Whilst we've been talented 12 tracks of pure, peak Avicii, the reality that he's no longer with us instills the music with a deep melancholy. His chords and melodies seem more yearning and lyrics like Can you hear me SOS, help me put my mind at rest" and You'll lose your mind, standing on the battle line" are poignant and now heavy with significance.

Avicii, whose name is Tim Bergling, passed away at the age of 28 on April 20, 2018. It was later on found out that he had actually taken his own life in his hotel space in Oman. He was among the most popular EDM artists of all-time and regularly in the leading 5 of Forbes' yearly highest-paid DJs list. In 2016, Avicii announced that he was retiring from touring because of health issues, including acute pancreatitis, partially due to extreme drinking. He also had his gallbladder and appendix eliminated in 2014. The DJ's last album was 2015's Stories.

The very first single from 'TIM' entitled 'SOS' will be launched on April 10, while the complete album will show up on June 6. The family of Avicii have announced that his third album will be launched posthumously. I remember the first time I heard a song by Avicii. I remained in Paris, away from home for the first time and feeling house ill. I was on tour and we were going to the Eiffel Tower and out tourist guide switched on Wake Me Up. I listened it for the rest of my journey and it was so comforting. Thank you for your music. You will not be forgotten.

Klas continued to discuss the foundation, keeping in mind that they have strategies to work worldwide but will begin little and local.
